1. Profession: The Lord Jesus questions the sincerity of people who call Him Lord, but do not follow Him. "Why do you call Me Lord, but do not obey me?" There will be some surprises when people appear before Jesus, and He says to some, "Depart from Me, I never knew you." He will say that to people who have not done Lordship...they've done negotiating. 2. Possessions: This is the acid test of Lordship...what do I do with my possessions, my checkbook, my bank account? Does Jesus have me or do my possessions? There is a bumper sticker that says, "Tithe if you love Jesus, anybody can honk!"
